Fabric is now Fabric by Gerber Life!
Yes, you heard that right! We’re excited to announce that Fabric has joined the family of trusted brands under Western & Southern Financial Group (parent company of Gerber Life Agency), offering policies issued by Western-Southern Life Assurance Company.
What’s changing?
Don’t worry—you’ll get the same digital convenience that you expect from Fabric, now partnered with a brand trusted by millions of families like yours for more than 50 years.
The main difference is that we will now be offering policies issued by Western-Southern Life Assurance Company—we will not be offering any new policies issued by Vantis Life Insurance Company.
I’m a current policyholder—how will this impact me?
If you already have an active policy, this change does not impact your current coverage. Your policy will remain valid and active, so long as your premium payments are made. When you log into your Fabric account, you will be able to access your policy documents and request any administrative changes, such as an address or beneficiary change, as usual.
Can I apply (again)?
In short, yes! Now you have the opportunity to apply for a new or additional policy through our updated experience as Fabric by Gerber Life.
The good news continues: our redesigned application experience is faster than ever before, so you’ll know if an immediate offer can be made, and if so, you’ll get your final pricing right away.
And if underwriting review is needed, you’ll get a personalized quote based on the information provided, to help you choose if you want to continue into underwriting or not. Plus, we’ll save your application for 30 days, so don’t worry—you have time to decide!
We’re excited to offer you this new experience, and looking forward to continuing to serve you and your family.
