Product Manager (Growth)

Fabric is hiring a Product Manager that will be responsible for the growth of our consumer-facing products.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the marketing, engineering & design teams, and other stakeholders in the company to define and realize Fabric’s front-end/consumer-facing product roadmap
  • Run user experience testing and other user sentiment analysis as needed to develop a coherent viewpoint on what experiences resonate with the consumer
  • Maintain and prioritize user stories that balance quick wins with long-term improvements, while keenly listening to input from stakeholders and teammates in the process and communicating option sets, decisions, and the reasoning behind them to the company
  • Outline, build spec for, and wireframe iterative improvements, A/B tests, and large overhauls to Fabric’s website and web applications as needed to achieve company objectives
  • Closely monitor success metrics related to the consumer facing product (website conversion rates, application rates, and upgrade rates), and build the agenda to continuously grow these metrics

To be successful in this role, you will likely:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in a similar (consumer web/mobile) product management role
  • Have strong technical inclination, preferably with a hard science or technical design degree; this includes being comfortable writing engineering spec and talking product & technical trade-offs with engineers
  • Have deep empathy for our target consumer (new parents), and functional experience collecting data and insight on what experiences delight them
  • Have a strong eye for web/mobile user experience, clean wireframing chops, and great design taste that aligns with the company aesthetic
  • Be an exceptional communicator that is able to absorb inputs from various fronts, quickly digest them, and explain your thought process crisply to all functions of the company
  • Be highly organized, capable of leading organization for teams, and comfortable setting and maintaining expectations with the executive team; you will be the spearhead for shipping product on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
  • Have analytical skills that allow you to measure the impact of and learn from your product improvement work
