Finance Manager

Fabric is growing rapidly and our business is becoming more complex. We are hiring a Finance Manager who can own our accounting and FP&A functions, track progress against our KPIs, and manage the annual audit. You’ll also play an important role in designing new processes and taking on big challenges as our business grows. With such a wide variety of responsibilities, you are curious, proactive, well-organized, and deliberate. You are always exploring how to improve Fabric with the goal of increasing velocity through simplicity.

What you will do:

  • Build financial models (integrated, three statements).

  • Create financial reports and deliver insights (LTV, CPA, and KPIs).

  • Design and optimize funds flows with our insurance and banking partners.

  • Create and manage reconciliation processes.

  • Build and manage budgets.

  • Manage outsourced accounting partner and monthly close.

  • Manage annual audit and tax.

  • Respond to investor reporting and diligence requests.

What you will bring:

  • Organized, independent self-starter not afraid of diving into complex problems.

  • Superior analytical and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance.

  • Expert Excel skills with a true love of spreadsheets and financial modeling.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP.

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a record of exceptional academic achievement.

  • Several years of experience working at an investment bank, Big 4 public accounting firm (audit or transaction advisory services), or high-growth startup (accounting or finance) preferred.

  • Proficiency with SQL a plus.
